Hello!

I’m Billie, a freelance makeup artist specialising in airbrush makeup, based in Arborfield, Reading. Growing up, I watched my mum and sister apply makeup, and I was always fascinated. When I started university, my mum bought me my first makeup products – three eyeshadow pigments, Collection 2000 (Pink, Gold and Blue)! I started experimenting as a hobby, matching my looks to themed nights and doing makeup for friends.

In 2015, I decided to pursue my passion and trained at the London School of Makeup. In 2016, while working as a MUA/wedding planner in Ibiza, my late father inspired me to delve into the world of airbrushing. I loved the results and the longevity, especially in the heat.

After extensive training and practice, I mastered the delicate techniques required for flawless application. Given the niche nature of airbrushing, I have since made it my preferred method. I became a passionate advocate for this technique.

I also developed a keen interest in skincare and became an independent consultant with Neals Yard Organic. I’m committed to using cruelty-free, vegan, and sustainable products. My makeup style is versatile, and I love the transformative power of makeup.

There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients’ happiness and satisfaction. I fully enjoy the connection that every makeup session brings me, working with my clients to ensure they get the very best look that they’ll absolutely love and that will last.

I have worked on various campaigns such as the Business of Fashion Voices 2021 event – where I was privileged to work on Christian Louboutin, Imran Ahmed and Harris Reed to name a few, SHErepublic, Khush Asian Wedding magazine and Fresh Photo Studio. As well as bridal in the UK and Ibiza, freelancing is a passion.
